Apple Pay and Google Pay are device-specific payment methods. They will only appear as options on the checkout page when accessed from compatible devices. For example, Apple Pay will only show on Apple devices where it is set up, and Google Pay will appear only on Android devices with Google Pay enabled. If you’re not seeing these options, please ensure you're using a supported device and that the payment method is configured on it.

If you'd like to move to a longer subscription (such as from a 3-month plan to a 6 or 12-month plan) or switch to a higher tier, you can do so at any time by simply purchasing the new plan you want. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll activate your new plan immediately, cancel your existing subscription, and issue a pro-rated refund for any unused time from your previous plan. Refunds are processed manually and typically completed within 2–5 business days. Your new subscription period will start on the day of your upgrade and renew according to the duration of the plan you selected.

If you’d like to downgrade your subscription (such as from a 12-month plan to a 3 or 6-month plan) or switch to a lower tier, you can do so at any time by purchasing the new plan you prefer. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll immediately activate your new plan and cancel your existing subscription, the downgrade will take effect immediately. We’ll manually calculate the unused portion of your current plan and issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining time you haven’t used. For example, if you’re 8 months into a 12-month plan, you’ll receive a refund for the 4 unused months.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Simply log in, go to your profile or dashboard, and navigate to the billing or subscription section. From there, you’ll see the option to cancel your active plan. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. You’ll continue to have full access to your course content until your plan expires. Please note: While your subscription is active and automatic payments are enabled, you’ll continue to be charged the original price you signed up with. If you cancel and decide to re-subscribe later, you’ll need to choose from the currently available plans and pricing at that time.

It’s not possible to pause your paid subscription. All subscriptions are set to renew automatically based on the plan duration you selected. If you need a break, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. If you decide to return later, you can easily re-subscribe at any time by choosing a new plan.

All subscriptions are billed automatically based on the plan you selected — every 3, 6, or 12 months — and payments are collected upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle. The payment method you used at checkout (such as credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) will be charged automatically on your renewal date. You’ll receive an email confirmation each time a payment is processed.
